... and photoframe came tumbling down
Aryan got an opportunity when the closet was open and he has tumbled down everything. This was not enough so he took out wires from the box and pulling it on his side to find the end.
As he is growing his experiment continues and he luvs throwing photo albums from entertainment center, poor guys does'nt knows that it's his photoframe :-) I got silver memento from one of my client and he treats it as a normal steel plate and bangs it with spoon.
Poor mom is busy through out the day keeping everything in place and my son thinks the best place for all decorative piece is floor :-)

Mother goose on the loose
Last week we had a party and I had number of office friends at our home. When everyone arrived he was having deep sleep but after some "ho ho ha ha" he woke up and I took him to the living room. He was looking at everyone very curiously as how so many people came within an hour. It took sometime for him to come in mood but what disappointed me was that he was not willing to go to anyone and this was not one of the stray incident.
He was easy going baby who was willing to go with everyone but I can see change in his behaviour for last few weeks. Here he sees just me and Nimisha and gets very less opportunity to interact with other people which has led to change in his behaviour. This is one of the disadvantages in US where social interaction is less and I fear this may affect his social behaviour. Had it been in India he would have been busy with grandparents, neighbours and number of uncles and aunties. Well, I do understand it's quiet normal for baby of nine-ten months who at this stage starts recognizing people who are their own and who are strangers but still I thought it's important that he mixes with lot's and lot's of kids where he can be more social and will learn at greater pace.
I have enrolled him in "Mother goose on the loose" program at Pratt library. He goes twice a day so on Friday it's Nimisha's duty and on Saturday it's his dad duty. It's a wonderful program for small kids upto 36 months where they are taught rhymes with actions, hand movements, sounds of different animals and many other games. There are around 20 kids who comes with their parents and are having a ball time over here.
Though it's just his fourth day but I can see the result and he has started enjoying over there. At end of the program there is play session where kids plays with toys and it's real fun seeing one baby wants to play with a toy which other baby is already holding so at one side there is expression that "I want this" and on other side it's "I won't give it". In one of the session one little angel was eyeing on Aryan toy and he was adamant that I won't give it so he pushed Aryan with his soft hand. It was a lovely scene which I missed capturing it my camcorder.
Tommorrow I am taking him to library and let's what more actions are awaited.

Lost my cell

Aryan is very fascinated with its ring tones. When I get call, I turn on my speaker and he listens it with pushing his ear nearer to the cell and gets bit disappointed when the call ends. Sometimes he gets cranky and I have to call at other cell and he loves "Hellu" "Hellu". He watches those coloured wallpapers with great curiosity. He enjoys pressing buttons and has called some junk numbers (234). Hmm I need to explore and find out ways to lock the keypad. Otherwise someday I will find cop coming to my house in respond to 911 being pressed accidently.
This weekend I was going to Pratt Library and was looking for my cell. I searched all the places where I normally keep but without any success. I had seen him playing with it in the morning so was sure he has kept it somewhere. But little angel was busy in his toys free from all worries :-)
Then I made call from other cell and I found out that he had pushed it under the rack :-)
It's so easy to track lost cells just wondering whether everything I use had similar mechanism to track I would had saved lot of time :-)
What papa does every morning?

While I am getting ready for the office, Aryan comes from nowhere and watch what I am doing. He might be wondering what this dude applies on his face and washes it after few minutes. Is this white stuff on his face same as what I threw on the floor last week? (He had tumbled "atta" packet on the kitchen floor)
While shaving I thought, ok, let him get the feel of what I do everyday. He was quiet excited and applied shaving cream happily. Later on, he was excited seeing his face in the mirror.
