20th August 2006
This was our 2nd weekend in Boston and we thought nothing better that spending time at world renowned technology school at MIT. We got down at Kendell T-Station and walked on the sides of Charles river getting an excellent view of the institute. We visited the great dome which has big letters of Massachusetts Institute of Technology carved in it.
Surrounding buildings had names of famous scientists (Aristotle, Newton, Franklin, Pasteur, Lavoisier, Faraday, Archimedes, da Vinci, Darwin, and Copernicus) carved in it with large roman letters.
It was bit disappointing to see my son sleeping throughout the tour :-) It seems not very keen on coming here.
