One TV not enough

I am not that great fan of TV and my interaction is just limited to watching news and discovery channel. Then there was entry of my wife in the life and she is great lover of it and watches right from all "K" series to Indian Idol to "Boogie Woogie". Infact everything but not news so I kind of struggle watching news while interesting serial is coming on another channel. Somehow there was understanding and things were on track.
Now there is entry of my son Aryan who has started exploring TV remote. He finds all those buttons very interesting so is curious to press at random. He discovered lot of interesting facts while his experiment with remote that if you keep on playing with buttons sometimes there is loud sound (volume increases) and other times some music comes up (channel switch from boring news to some music channel) and other times there is complete silence (pressed power off). The most fascinating observation was that on pressing buttons it triggers some action on Mummy as she starts telling "don't do it".
He experiment is not limited to remote but has started playing with TV. Our TV is kept on entertainment center which is within reach if he stands. One find day he found there is some hole in base of the TV and there are some bottons inside. Let's see what happens if one puts his finger and press it. Ahha all those colorful fascinating channels displayed on TV are gone and there is black screen (pressed power off). He is kind of enjoying playing with switches and remote buttons.
After discussion with my wife, I got my fair share of TV time but gradually it seems my son may give tough time. It seems will have to buy another TV dedicated to my favourite channels :-(
