IT guys never settle in life

I had just started un-packaging my luggage, trying to settle down and moving around in Boston when I got news that I need to re-allocate to Baltomore for next assignment.
IT guys never settle in life. In last 8+ yrs of my career, I have stayed in 8 cities that includes Trivandrum, Bombay, Minneapolis, Kolkata, Belfast, Bangalore, Boston, Baltimore. Seems fascination with cities starting with B. What next Botswana?

Both YES and NO at the same time.
Yeah, I do enjoy hopping from one city to another, meeting with people of different culture, experimenting with local foods but then you never have lasting friend. You just start building relationship when either your friend departs or you. Then few nostalgic mails, then few more new friends and old buddies mail gets disabled due to some or other reason and he is lost.
You have potential to buy all luxuries for home but then there is a fear how long will this project last. You think enough is enough and this time we will buy everything from microwave to car and then you remember how in the last move you sold all your household goods at dirt price in short time and how you just donated few items which you failed to sell.
It's like "Bombay ka Ladoo Khaoo to Pachtao na Khao to Pachtao"
Let's see how long this goes and how many more shifts are awaited. Bittu is going to complete his seventh month and he too is involved in this process from Bangalore - where he was born, to Delhi - where he lived with his grand parents to Dhanbad - where he lived with his maternal grandparents to Boston and now Baltimore.
